sadly their is none in Australia you could try http://www.gifte.com.au/
but then again I couldn't find any on the site if you are under-age and are wanting them to use to buy games on-line since you cant get a credit card you can always go to new agency and ask for there prepaid card its like a credit card but you just put cash on it and only the cash you put on can be used
