Gift cards are only sold at authorized Apple resellers. Unless you have one near where you live, my guess is you'll have to travel pretty far to find one.

Hi. I just got a kindle yesterday and need to buy some books for it but I don't have a debit card. Is there some stores in New Zealand that sell a amazon gift card or one that will work on a nz kindle? Names of stores that I could try would be greatly appreciated . Thanks :)
