Answer
It's wonderful that your child is doing these things - it shows that you are paying a lot of attention to her and encouraging her.
I'd not be so quick to work on the "gifted" aspect of the child. I approached my pedi with similar questions when my first child was about that age - but it seemed to be in an artistic sense. What she told me was something that I've since found to be absolutely true:
Your child will not "forget" how to learn if you don't push the learning right now. However, the first three years of a child's life are where they learn their creativity. Focusing too much on the gifted aspect at this time of their life can cripple them in other ways.
Keep teaching her things - keep talking to her. It's likely you have a child who will grow up quite gifted at least in languages and other similar aptitudes. But make sure that she's getting a lot of creative outlets, too. Encourage the make-believe play, coloring, dress-up, imaginary friends, tea parties - so many gifted children are denied the ability to be *children* by parents who focus on their *gifts.*
Do your little one the biggest favor in the world and let her *play* while she's young! Once she gets in pre-school/kindergarten, she'll have years and years ahead of her to enhance her intelligence. She won't get stupid if you don't push her now. Let her be little and grow at the pace *she* wants to grow at!
Good luck.
