House Warming Gift: Cousins First house (age 18)?

My cousin has just received his money and has purchased a house, ready for uni- well when I say house it's more a 1 bedroom ex-council flat in Chelsea- but still a home's a home.
I asked him what he wanted and he said 'Art work' so I don't know what that means.. therefore I have selected out a few things that I think he would like. Which one do you prefer..

Glad you like it, because it certainly isn't French Impressionist in the usual meaning of those words in art.
I hope you know his taste because I would have trouble living with several of those I looked at. And the prices on them are way out of my league for a house warming gift
