cute creative xmas gifts for friends?

Answer
Okayy,
Well, I'm actually 12, but I have some ideas. Making some creative gifts is always fun for me, but I hope these aren't too childish. Okay, Heres a list!
1. What I'm probably doing for three of my CLOSEST friends is I'm decorating a gift bag and putting a tons of little things in it. Such as: A perfume (perfumes are always like small, nice memories to me), A cute plush toy, The bottom of the bag to be full of kisses (chocolate, lol), A cute card (a singing one and one decorated by me), a candy cane and a few pictures. This is always a cute gift cause you can always buy it being alot cheaper: A bag of kisses, A pack of plush toys, Cheap but nice fun perfume, and a box of regular candy canes! Well, Thats only my first idea i have a bunch more!

2. I don't wanna leave any other one of my friends out so I wanna make them something small, but cute. I am going to get some stockings, a bunch, and knit their name in it. Then I'm going to add small candies and a cute card, maybe not one of those expensive singing ones though.

3. What I was going to do for my teacher, parents, ect. (or in this case maybe boss)
I would get an ordinarry tin, like ones that cookies are in. And put gift wrapping over it or something and just decorate it! Put homemade snacks in it after and a little tag connected by a ribbon saying 'Merry Christmas! xoxo, your name'

4. Last year, for Christmas my neighbor came around giving us and adorable homemade goodies basket. I thought this was an amazing idea! What it was, was a regular basket with colored, pretty tissue paper on the bottom of it and little see through wrapping covering the whole thing. I though it was and easy and fun way to save money. It was filled with homemade treats and a card. If your not into baking and stuff you can just buy cookies that look like they can pass for being baked by you and take them out of the package. Put them cover up with colored plastic and then put them in! If you don't find good baskets to put everything in you can just use a cute christmas tray and do the same thing.

I really hope I helped you! Good luck and have an amazing Christmas! Please Excuse my horrible spelling! I don't like using the spell checker. Lots of love and enjoy your holidays!

In my opinion I would leave the 'down syndrome' part out of it and get her a sister gift that has nothing to do with the fact that she is downs. Even if she is, she likes to be treated like she is normal, right? So emphasize gifts for nine year old girls that are normal. That will make her feel so much more special this holiday season. I have a neice that has only half a brain and was handicapped all her life but we've all treated her as if she can do everything just like everyone else. That has made all the difference in her personality too. So, I suggest you get her anything a nine year old would like... games that she can play with the family or friends, new clothes, a purse to carry her stuff in, perfume to smell nice, comb and brush set or hair clips for her hair, some craft to do if she likes to do things like that, gift certificate to her favorite store. There's lots of ideas.
