My girlfriend is leaving for a week long vacation this Saturday and I would like to get her a small just because gift for her before she leaves, maybe something that would be nice for her to have to take on her trip. She is traveling about 1,500 miles to Texas to see an aunt and will be flying. I'm looking for any ideas for a good gift ($50 or less) to get her to take along on her trip. Thanks!

My husband is traveling overseas next week and I would like to get him several items for him to take on the plane to keep him from getting bored, as well as some other travel items. What are some good things to get him?

For boredom: sodoku, crosswords, a book or magazine of his interest, couple of new movies to watch in his laptop/portable DVD player, music,
Travel items: travel pillow/blanket (the ones on the plane can be nasty), eye mask, power adapter for country he is going to, unique luggage tags, small photo of you in a nice frame for his bedside (I always take a small picture of my dog with me).
My husband always likes it if I slip a little surprise into his bag like a card, CD, DVD or other little gift for him to find when he unpacks.
