1. a photo frame with a picture of the two of you in, or even a key ring with the picture of you both in. http://www.paperchase.co.uk/mini-square-frames/invt/00460424/
2. a snow globe with a picture of the two of you in (you can print pictures from the asda photo machines). http://www.find-me-a-gift.co.uk/novelty-photo-frame-snow-globe.html?utm_source=froogle&utm_medium=free&utm_term=Photo+Frame+Snow+Globe.

9. perfume from somewhere such as debenhams, or wilko's if you don't have much money, as they are designer and really cheap at the minute. next are amazing for perfume too :) http://www.next.co.uk/search/search?w=next%20just%20pink&nxti=0&nxtv=0&p=Q&ts=v8

I'm a little low on cash, and wondering what to send him. He likes chocolates, bikes (doesn't have one yet :)), buys all his own groceries and stuff and is a student.

Any place i can get christmas food stamps? I think that'll be useful to him

Answer
I don't think supermarkets like Tesco and Asda do vouchers. You could always buy him a few of his essentials like chocolates, tea, coffee, nice crisps, biscuits then put it in a cheap Christmas bag so he won't have so much to buy when grocery shopping.
