My friends birthday is this weekend. I wanted to buy her some Lancome...but we all know that the best time to buy is when they are offering a gift with purchase. I've googled, but am only coming up with dead-end leads.
Or...does anyone know their free gift schedule? I could get her a gift card and then give her a heads up on when the promo will be.

It would be most helpful if you put your location. Many stores are not international, I'm in the US and have not heard of the stores you are referring to.
Ok, well this may not be specific to those stores but I hope it's helpful:
You should choose the stores that:
A. have things that you and your fiance love, from kitchen electrics to china to sheets and towels
and
B. have a nice range of prices so that people who want to buy from your list/registry can all get you something within their own budget.
