survival kit gifts!?

stupid_fru

I was thinking of doing some survival kits for some friends and family. fun ones, you know? there ages are from 17 to 25 (most of them), and all of their interests range from music, tech geeks, food, movies, anything, and everything. if you have any ideas for any survival kit, or how to set them up or anything would be really awesome. Creativity is good! (even if you think it's corny!) thanks!

Answer
I would suggest that you make them using a gift basket.
My Idea of a survival gift for Christmas would be something to get you thru the the stress of buying and wrapping, avoiding family that you dont get along with, food that does not taste well, running out of name tags and tape right when the stores close, colds and sore throats just when its time for santa, etc.
So with that being said I would suggest buying coffee mugs and packaging them with an individual pack of Hot chocolate and a single candy cane.
For the Females add candles and body products that have anything to do with aromatherapy or relaxing on the bottle.
You could add a Gingerbread house kit that would get them thru the silence and dull moments during the holidays.
Burn them personalized CD's that would increase the spirit of the holidays, and keep them jolly (It does not have to be x-mas music).
You could buy a DVD for the movie lovers.
Add A blanket, scarf, mittens, ear muffs, etc.
Get a large popcorn bowl and a pack of seperate small bowls.add different varitites of popcorn (cheddar, butter, caramel, etc.) Boxes of Candies, Milk Duds, Peppermints, Gummy bears, Chocolate Santas, Cherry coridals (chocolate covered cherries). Home baked cookies for comfort (something involving chocolate).

Here is a one I just found online :
M&M Survival kit
One Bag of Of colored M&M's
Print this out and attatch it to the bag or gift.
At the first sign of hot flashes - eat the red ones.
Eat the orange ones to minimize depression.
The green ones calm your frustrations.
Eat the yellow ones if it is gloomy outside.
If you feel a headache coming on, eat the purple ones.
The blue ones reduce bloating.
You can eat the brown ones anytime!
If all the symptoms appear at the same time,
YOU CAN EAT THE WHOLE BAG!

Apple Cider packets, for instant coziness.
A spray can on snow (to gurantee a white christmas)

Purchase a small gift bag and fill with the items below, along with a label explaining each token.
